RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return
We only accept returns if the product you receive is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Products once used, washed, or altered will not be eligible for return.
Customers can request a return within 5-7 working days after receiving the product.
Exchange & Refund
Our policy for Exchange and Refund is the same and applies only in cases where a product is received damaged or defective.
Conditions:
- You must share a clear and continuous opening video of the parcel at the time of unboxing. The video should not have any cuts, edits, or pauses.
- The product must be shown clearly in the video in its original condition, unused and with all packaging intact.
- If your request is verified and approved, we will either:
Send you a replacement/exchange of the same product, OR
Issue you a full refund, as per your preference.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before dispatch of the product.
Once the product has been packed and shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.
Non-Eligibility
Failure to provide a valid opening video will make the product ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
